I went to see Sam Taylor Woods photographs of Coco Chanels home at the Saatchi Gallery the other week. They were lovely chiaroscuro elegant photographs, but on the way in I spotted this fantastic installation of ants by Rafael Gomezbarros which I loved. Last night I went to the www.vam.ac.uk again but this time, not for a shoot, but to hear Bruce Oldfield in conversation. I really enjoyed my trip to The Prop Hire Shop with a fellow photographer. I have not been to one before and I loved the fact that it was organised by colour.
I completed my first 10k walk on sunday to raise awareness and money for www.alzheimers.org.uk (alzheimers society ) I am happy to say that I raised £200 and finished in a snappy 2 hours. It was such good fun, I meet lots of great people and am looking forward to doing it next year, in fancy dress.
